Refund Policy
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all bookings—flights, hotels, vacation packages, tours—made through
Worldwide Holiday Tour & Travel.
2. Cancellation Deadlines & Refund Amounts
- Flights: Full refund if canceled ≥ 24 hours before departure; otherwise
subject to airline fees.
- Hotels: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; cancellations
within 48 hours incur hotel or agency fees.
- Day Tours & Activities: Full refund if canceled ≥ 7 days before
departure; 80% refund for 3–6 days; no refund within 48 hours.
- Vacation Packages: Tiered refund applies—full refund ≥ 30 days, 50%
refund 15–29 days, no refund < 15 days before departure.
3. Refund Processing & Timing
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Refund amounts may exclude booking/service fees and third-party charges.
- Customers are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.
4. Non‑Refundable & No‑Show Rules
No refunds for no-shows or unused services. Non-refundable bookings are final—cancellation
eligibility depends on supplier rules.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), we will strive to secure
refunds, credits, or rebooking options per supplier policies.

- Please allow up to 5 business days for refund validation; processing will follow within
